Directions

From Route 1 in Scarborough, Maine, head east on the Black Point Road (Route 207) for 2.5 miles, passing between two sections of salt marsh, and over two bridges. The first bridge crosses over the Nonesuch River. The second Bridge crosses the Libby River.

As you approach a second river crossing, look for a second section of salt marsh, and a large white farmhouse on the left. There are condos on the right. The second river is the Libby River, and the Libby River Farm land is adjacent to the river in back of the two houses.

To access the Land Trust's land, you must park at Camp Fire Boys and Girls Outdoor Education / Welcome Center which is marked by a temporary large green fundraising sign. The parking area is approximately 100 yards from the farmhouse on the left.

The trail from Camp Fire to the SLCT property is not yet marked; however, staying always to the left will bring you to the kiosk. Turning left at the kiosk will take you to the farm. Turning right at the kiosk will take you to the Lucy Sprague Memorial Trial. The Trailhead is marked by large stone steps.
